Winches Vehicle Winch 1400 Lbs. Max. Rule offers a broad range of high quality, reliable winches, specifically designed for the rigors of the marine environment. Unique features include 3-stage planetary gears for greater pulling speed, power-in, power-out for consistent load control, corrosion resistant die cast drums, and lifetime lubrication. Each Rule winch is shipped with the cable assembly (including hook) pre-spooled, controls, all electrical wiring necessary for battery hook-up and mounting hardware (except model 33S, which is a bare winch only, with no other components). A free-wheeling feature is available on many models. It can save time and battery power and prevent motor overheating by allowing the cable to be manually stripped from the drum.
